Dr. Tri T. Nguyen

President, Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Nguyen is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience as an internist and cardiologist, specializing in healthcare for seniors of minority ethnicities. He is a graduate of Stanford Medical School and a board-certified expert in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. As founder, CEO, and owner/operator of Avanta IPA, his hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge uniquely position him to guide Astiva to success.

Chi Luong

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Ms. Luong is Astiva Health Holdings, Inc. co-founder and serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and a director of the Company’s Board of Directors Chief Executive Officer as well as the Chairman of Astiva Health Holdings, Inc.’s Board of Directors since October 2, 2023. Ms. Luong is also the co-founder of Astiva Health, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Astiva Health Holdings, Inc., and has served as the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and interim head of sales and marketing as well as a director of Astiva Health, Inc.’s Board of Directors since September 26, 2019. In addition, Ms. Luong is the co-founder of the HADD Group, LLC, a company managing medical clinic services, including business contracting, finance, staffing, and ancillary support for several medical clinics in San Diego. The HADD Group has also developed multiple commercial properties in San Diego and Arizona. Ms. Luong is responsible for the expansion and daily operation of the business functions of the medical clinics managed by HADD Group.

Tyler Nelson

Chief Financial Officer

Tyler Nelson is a seasoned finance leader and CPA with nearly two decades of experience in audit, regulatory reporting, and executive financial leadership. He began his career in Deloitte’s Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practice, later serving as a consulting CFO to multiple public and private companies. Prior to joining Astiva Health, Tyler served as Chief Financial Officer and Board Director at Vivakor, where he played a key role in scaling operations and navigating public company compliance. He holds a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s in economics from Brigham Young University.

Viet Tran

Chief Technology Officer

Viet Tran has over 30 years of experience in engineering, research, development, and management. He has contributed significantly to national network security and technology, leading the initial Naval Interoperability Profiles and a team delivering an airborne network system for the Navy’s first carrier-based unmanned aircraft. As Astiva Health’s Chief Technology Officer, he leads infrastructure and digital platform strategy and is spearheading the development of Astiva’s AI-driven care and provider tools.
